Project Scope:

Construction of new Water Treatment Plant Facility. This includes a new groundwater treatment plant with a new aerator, two solids contact units, lime silo, sand filters, recarbonation basin, clearwell, sludge lagoons, SCADA system and building structures with site grading, access road, piping and appurtenances.
