Project Scope:
Installed structural steel frame for recladding, thermal insulation, and waterproofing for entire exterior. Replaced all exterior windows. Interior renovation of four of five floors. Interior work included upgrading all restrooms to meet ADA standards. Building remained fully occupied for the entirety of the renovation.
