Project Scope:
Ground up construction of two facilities in Tiffany Springs and Platte City.
Each facility consisted of: a new waiting / check-in area, procedure room, x-ray room, lab, nurse stations, break room, offices, (15) exam rooms, restrooms, high-efficiency HVAC system, access control system, glass and curtainwall system, brick and fiber cement siding, and new landscaping.
