Project Description
Project Scope:
A ground up construction of new 191,602 sqft FedEx Ground Facility. Structure is tilt-up construction with 32′ clear height ceilings. Distribution center includs 13,000 sqft of finished office space. Warehouse has 66 drive in and dock overhead doors. Over 350,000 sqft of pavement was laid down for parking and drive lanes.
