Project Description
Project Scope:
A ground up construction of new UMB Bank and Roasterie Coffee Shop. Design incorporated offices, conference rooms, break rooms, restrooms, cafe kitchen, and mechanical rooms. Steel structure with brick, architectural metal panel, and glass exterior highlighted by glass clear story. Functional design includes a Roasterie Coffee Shop separated from the bank by motorized glass partition. HVAC design incorporated a raised access floor throughout the facility.
