Atchison Medical Office Building

Ross Construction was selected to build a medical office building directly attached to the newly constructed Atchison Hospital – before it was even opened. The objective was two-fold:

• Recruit local physicians
• Develop the new medical office building as if it were part of the original design

Our team quickly realized that some physicians groups wanted to OWN their space while others wanted to RENT.  We knew that a creative and flexible solution was essential for this project to be realized and worked with our development partner to offer the perfect solution: Medical Condominiums.  Kansas’ first condominium on lease ground was born giving tenants the option to either purchase or rent their space.

Project Scope:

• Drive-through Pharmacy
• Contains 7 different Practice Groups
• Individual Suites for each group
• Common X-ray installed for joint use among tenants
