Saint Luke’s South Multispecialty Clinic

Saint Luke’s South Hospital selected Ross Construction for the complete renovation of a 21,000 SQFT floor in their Medical Office Building.  The space is used for multiple specialties including Women’s Health, Neurology, and Gastroenterology.  The scope included demolition of the space with installation of new partitions, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.  New casework, paint, ceilings, and flooring were installed.  A large waiting room was built to accommodate all specialties.  Twenty two Exam Rooms were constructed for patient care.  Work also included a new lab, ultrasound room, new restrooms, nurse stations, office, and administrative space.
